It's that time of year again—the holiday season is officially underway, and we can't wait to start CRAFTing up some Thanksgiving classics. To help you as you plan your feast, Chef Jaret is taking Thanksgiving pre-orders now through November 19th. As always, our bakeries are scratch-made, and all menu items are made in-house.

Thanksgiving Pre-Order Information

  • Call 702-728-5828 until 3 pm daily through Nov. 19th to place your order and schedule pickup. 
  • Order pickup will be available through Weds. Nov. 22nd, 6pm. 
  • Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of order.
  • We'll be closed on Thanksgiving

CRAFTkitchen Celebrates Two Years with All-star brunch and Free Cupcakes

October 27 marks CRAFTkitchen's two-year anniversary, and it's difficult to put into words just how grateful we are for our community members who've helped us reach this milestone.

As a family of chefs who used to spend our days in the kitchen of high-end resorts helping bring others' visions to life, we always dreamt of the day we could open our own restaurant where we were free to do one thing: play. We eventually decided to leave the five-diamond life behind in pursuit of that very dream—and what came out of our efforts was CRAFTkitchen. When we started CRAFT, we had no idea just how amazing, fulfilling and challenging the adventure would be, and we wouldn't trade it for the world.

From the 100+ ever-changing weekend brunch menus we've CRAFTed up, to the countless community events we've been honored to be a part of, to the day we watched table after table "pay it forward" until over 20 tables had paid for another's tab, we've had an amazing two years—all thanks to this generous, tight-knit community. Nothing fuels us more than serving up food that makes you smile, and we truly can't thank you enough for supporting local and visiting us day after day after day. So, we want to take a moment to say thank you the best way we know how—with FOOD. We invite you to join us as we celebrate:

Free Cupcakes:

Dine-in customers can enjoy a complimentary housemade cupcake while supplies last on Friday, October 27 between 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 4 p.m.-9 p.m.

All-Star Brunch:

Join us for our first-ever "All Star Brunch" on October 28 and 29, from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. We've rounded up our guests' favorite specials (pictured above in the photo gallery) from the last two years to create one, not-to-be-messed-with brunch menu, featuring fan-favorites like our Birthday Cake Pancakes, Pumpkin Waffles, Crab Cake Benedict, CK Monkey Bread, Housemade Pop-Tarts and Oxtail Fries.

CRAFTkitchen Featured at March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction

We're so excited to announce another upcoming community happening that we're honored to be a part of—the March of Dimes' Signature Chefs Auction is set to take place on October 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Green Valley Ranch Resort. The annual event works to gather the finest culinary talent from across the Las Vegas Valley for a night of tasty treats and creative bites, all in the name of supporting the March of Dimes mission. Along with 14 other talented chefs from across the valley, CRAFTkitchen chefs and owners Jaret and Tami Blinn will be in attendance, serving up specially CRAFTed small bites for the evening.

The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Every year, 15 million babies are born prematurely worldwide, and 1 million will die before their first birthday. Your support and attendance at the Signature Chefs Auction will help the organization fund research, education, advocacy and programs that ensure more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.

At the Signature Chefs event, you can expect to enjoy a 90-minute tasting experience before taking your seat for the auction portion of the evening (during which dessert will be served). On behalf of CRAFTkitchen, Chefs Jaret and Tami be serving up two tasty items, which they've CRAFTed up just for this special night:

Our Hot Item: Black Truffle Stuffed Profiterole, Shaved Fresh Black Truffles

Our Cold Item: Foie Gras Torchon, Spiced Toasted Brioche, Port Poached Fig Compote, Frangelico Gelée
