As a local family ourselves, we’re always on the lookout for opportunities to help families in need throughout our community. Today, then, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be donating small bites for the second year in a row for the The Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation’s 19th Annual “Wine & Food Tasting Extravaganza.” We could not think of a more important cause to be a part of—and we’re excited to see you all there.

The Event’s Mission

Proceeds from the event will benefit Nathan Adelson Hospice’s Pediatric Program as well as its Families in Need Program, both of which provide help to those in need of a wide range of goods and services while receiving care from the Nathan Adelson Hospice, Southern Nevada’s largest non-profit hospice.

On average, Nathan Adelson Hospice provides help for 22 children and their families each month and has been providing patients, children and their loved ones with comprehensive end-of-life care for nearly 40 years. The Foundation’s mission is to ensure that “no individual ends the journey of life alone, afraid or in pain”—and we hope you’ll come out on November 8 in support of such an important cause.

Chef Jaret Blinn Featured at 2018 March of Dimes

We are so excited to announce that, for the second year in a row, Chef Jaret and the CK Team had the opportunity to participate in the March of Dimes' Signature Chefs Auction at Green Valley Ranch Resort.

The annual event gathers the finest culinary talent from across the Las Vegas Valley for a night of creative bites in the name of a great cause. Across the country, March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Proceeds from each year’s Signature Chefs Auction help the organization fund research, education, advocacy and programs that ensure more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.

Before taking their seats for the live auction, guests enjoyed a 90-minute tasting experience—tasting two bites from each signature chef featured at the event. Chef Jaret CRAFTed up two appetizers for the cause: miso seared sea scallops with wasabi mashed potatoes; and Ahi tuna poke in glass with avocado and chicharron. In addition, CRAFTkitchen donated a champagne brunch for 12 for the live auction.

It's that time of year again—the holiday season is officially underway, and we can't wait to start CRAFTing up some Thanksgiving classics. To help you as you plan your feast, Chef Jaret is taking Thanksgiving pre-orders now through November 19th. As always, our bakeries are scratch-made, and all menu items are made in-house.

  • Call 702-728-5828 until 3 pm daily through Nov. 19th to place your order and schedule pickup. 
  • Order pickup will be available through Weds. Nov. 22nd, 6pm. 
  • Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of order.
  • We'll be closed on Thanksgiving
