Chef Jaret Blinn Featured at 2018 March of Dimes

We are so excited to announce that, for the second year in a row, Chef Jaret and the CK Team had the opportunity to participate in the March of Dimes' Signature Chefs Auction at Green Valley Ranch Resort.

The annual event gathers the finest culinary talent from across the Las Vegas Valley for a night of creative bites in the name of a great cause. Across the country, March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Proceeds from each year’s Signature Chefs Auction help the organization fund research, education, advocacy and programs that ensure more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies.

Before taking their seats for the live auction, guests enjoyed a 90-minute tasting experience—tasting two bites from each signature chef featured at the event. Chef Jaret CRAFTed up two appetizers for the cause: miso seared sea scallops with wasabi mashed potatoes; and Ahi tuna poke in glass with avocado and chicharron. In addition, CRAFTkitchen donated a champagne brunch for 12 for the live auction.
