NEW FALL MENU ITEMS

One of the best things about the emphasis we place on using only fresh, local, organic-whenever-possible ingredients is that our menu often changes as the season does. We truly love working with the most seasonable ingredients to craft up creative plates that reflect whatever time of year we’re currently enjoying—peach salads for summer, hearty soups for winter, pumpkin-pecan bread for fall. As seasoned chefs, crafting meals that parallel the season helps to keep our minds and our menu as fresh as ever.

You may have noticed, then, that fall is (finally!) in the air, and—needless to say—we’re pretty darn excited about it at CRAFT. We’ve added a few new (super tasty) autumn-inspired plates to our menu, and we wanted to share them with you. (Insider’s Tip: You won’t want to miss our “Gobbler Sliders,” complete with cranberry orange jam and sage stuffing.)

Early-Morning Menu Additions:

Acai (V)

-Acai blended with coconut milk, fruit of the day, CK almond granola, toasted coconut chips. 

Pancake of the Day (V)

-Buttermilk pancakes special of the day

Grilled Salmon Benny

-Grilled farm raised Sapphire Salmon with sauteed organic baby spinach, tomatoes, two cage free poached eggs, fried capers and side citrus Hollandaise.

Mid-Hours Menu Additions:

Housemade Soup

-Seasonal soup of the day, ciabatta toast

Pear & Pomegranate & Burrata (V)

-Roasted pear, petit greens, burrata, caramelized pecans, pomegranate vinaigrette

Cobb Salad

-Chopped romaine, pulled turkey, avocado, egg, apple wood smoked bacon, grape tomatoes, Point Reyes blue cheese

Chopped Caesar (V)

-Romaine tossed with white anchovy Caesar dressing, ciabatta crouton (Add grilled organic chicken $5; Add grilled shrimp $6)

Butternut Squash Hash (GF, V)

-Butternut squash, Poblano peppers, kale, caramelized onions topped with choice of 2 cage free eggs (Add Pulled Turkey: $4.95)

French Dip

-Thinly sliced roast beef, melted Brie cheese, horseradish cream, housemade ciabatta, caramelized onion beef jus. 

Gobbler Sliders

-Pulled turkey, cranberry orange jam, traditional sage stuffing on CK whole wheat mini rolls. 

Grass Fed Beef Sliders

-Truffled Pecorino cheese, caramelized onions, peppered arugula aioli, housemade potato roll.
