We're so excited to share yet another Easter brunch with our community. When we founded CRAFTkitchen, our goal was to feed our community creative plates CRAFTed from fresh, local, organic-whenever-possible ingredients—all in a space where they could relax and unwind with their family and friends. So, there's nothing we love more than hosting special holiday brunches that bring our community together over good eats (and bottomless mimosas, of course!). Read on for more information on our special Easter brunch:

Chef's Choice Amuse Bouche – Citrus Carpaccio, King Crab, Tender Greens (gf)


First Course (Choice of One Appetizer):

- Tri-Color Asparagus Salad - Frissee Bacon Lardons, Buttery Brioche Croutons, Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

- Seared Beef Carpaccio - Micro Green Salad, Fried Capers, Ground Mustard Vinaigrette, Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, Truffle Oil, Herbed Grilled Focaccia Croutons

- Lemon Mascarpone Pancake Stack, Fresh Lemon Blueberry Compote, Vanilla Bean Mascarpone Cream (v)

- Crab Cake Benedict - Two Poached Eggs, Avocado Puree, Charred Beefsteak Tomatoes, on Handmade Ciabattini Roll, topped with a Lemon-Caper Hollandaise.
